I had a delightful stay at a charming hillside retreat where I truly felt like I was on a holiday. The location was lovely, surrounded by beautiful grounds and a stunning pool area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and the room, though sparse, was comfortable with a nice balcony. I would definitely return to this lovely place.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel seemed to focus heavily on conference meetings, which resulted in some noise issues.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient as there is a supermarket nearby and it is close to the safari. the area is not on the beach or near any water bodies.

Had a great Easter vacation! Amazing views, beautiful architecture, and wonderful customer service. The infinity pool was my favorite feature and the private terrace was an added bonus. Location was ideal and easy to reach.

Limited options for vegetarians and prices were a little high compared to similar hotels.

Beautiful naturalistic Indonesian landscape, private plunge pool rooms, close to Volcanic National Park, reasonable food choices with beer and wine availability, excellent service, great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on a downhill slope in a rather cold area in the mountains was just perfect for us. The service provided by the hotel staff, from groundsmen to receptionists, was exceptional. They were always attentive and ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also appreciated the variety of amenities available, including room service, car hire, and 24-hour room service. The hotel also had a beautiful spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and a sun terrace where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was also a great convenience.

Great for Family Stays This hotel is great for family stays. They have many attractions such as game room, basketball field, kids pool, and rabbit village. the breakfast is great and the room service is excellent. the hotel is well-located, making it easy to escape the city and sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquillity.

the room I booked didn't look exactly like it did in the pictures, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor when flushing the toilet or using the exhaust fan.
